Suspending Publicly Celebrated Masses

Dear people of God,

I hope that this email finds you well. Many people are understandably experiencing uncertainty and anxiety due to the spread of COVID-19. The severity of the situation has forced our leaders to make significant changes in our daily lives including suspending publicly celebrated Masses. Archbishop Listecki has suspended the public celebration of Masses throughout the Archdiocese of Milwaukee, effective from Wednesday, March 18, through Friday, April 3.  This includes weekday and Sunday Masses.  (The priests will still celebrate Mass in their parishes, without an assembly, including the Sunday “pro populo” Masses as required by canon law).

A sense of community is of the utmost importance. We must encourage each other, take care of each other, pray for each other and stay connected to our faith during this time of social distancing.

Here, you can get access to TV masses:

The Cathedral 9 a.m. Mass is available on Radio 920 AM, WOLF, and the 11 a.m. Mass is live-streamed on the Cathedral website.  Other TV Masses are available on WVTV, My24 at 7 a.m. and 9 a.m., and on WITI Fox 6, at 5:30 a.m.

With prayers,

Parish Survey

Please help us by participating in a 10-15 minute survey on line. The survey can be accessed at from February 23 rd to March 23 rd and will ask you to reflect on
your own spiritual growth and enable you to provide feedback on our parish’s efforts to help
you grow. All responses will be confidential and the parish will only receive information about
the community as whole.
We are trying to get the highest response rate possible. This information will be invaluable to
Fr. Arul and our various ministries as we plan for the future and strive to be the best disciples
we can be. We will receive the results this spring/summer at which time we will share what we
have learned with the entire parish. .
